Republic  Day Celebration

January 26th, 2025, was a day of great patriotic fervor at St. Joseph’s Central  School, Vijayanagar as we celebrated Republic Day of India. The students and staff came together to commemorate this momentous occasion, paying tribute to the country’s rich history and cultural heritage.

The day began with a solemn flag hoisting ceremony, where our Principal, Mrs. Elizabeth Thomas unfurled the national flag amidst a sea of students, teachers, and parents. The flag was accompanied by the national anthem, sung with pride and passion by the school choir.

Students from various classes delivered inspiring speeches and recited quotes from famous Indian leaders, emphasizing the importance of unity, freedom, and responsibility. The speeches were thought-provoking and reflected the students’ deep understanding of the country’s history and values.

Conclusion

The Republic Day celebration at our school was a resounding success, with students, teachers, and parents coming together to pay tribute to the nation.
